About Naples Reserve

Naples Coastal specializes in coastal communities including the beautiful Naples Reserve, located in Collier County, south of Collier Avenue, with the entrance off of route 41, Tamiami Blvd.  Just a short drive up 41 to beautiful downtown Naples and a short drive West to Marco Island, you can be in either within a quick drive.

Naples Reserve promotes a casually awesome lifestyle with everything you would expect to find at a five-star resort, all within your reach.   A lagoon-style pool meanders through a myriad of palm trees but if you prefer a beach sand vibe, we have that too!

Start your days off causing any our golf cart to the state-of-the-art fitness center. Pass time at the Tiki Bar and make your way to the tasty Latitudes Cafe for poolside dining or a casual lunch.   Daily happy hour with a fun drink menu, regular entertainment and live music will make the Island Club your home away from home. And when the sun sets, you can find your spot on the beach and enjoy the stunning Naples Reserve sunsets at your own private paradise.

This very active community features the Island Club which is the social center of the neighborhood. The Island Club features a spectacular clubhouse with a fitness center with regularly scheduled yoga and Barre classes, cafe and the outrigger activities center.  The activities center has bikes, a boat, and paddle boats available for use by our residents.  The Naples Reserve social committee hosts live music, casino nights, bingo, something fun for everyone to enjoy.

Waterfront living in South Naples doesn’t get any better than this. Naples Reserve’s 22 lakes are ready to enjoy. Get ready to venture out from your private dock. Whether you choose paddle boarding, canoeing, kayaking or an electric boat, you’ll have fun on the water. Be ready to join the flotilla to meet your neighbors at KonTiki Island (accessible only by boat) for a picturesque sunset view.  Some homeowners even have a dock on their property!

At Naples Reserve, there’s never a shortage of sporting activities for those who love a little competition. The lakeside Match Point Center at Naples Reserve is home to five tennis courts, six pickleball courts, and a lakeside picnic area.   The community pickle ballers play regularly every morning, and all are welcome.  Pickleball tournaments are hosted for the community players as well - we do have a competitive crew waiting to play the newcomers!  Beginners will find scheduled time and lessons, and we have just hired our first tennis and pickle ball professional.
