48 ACTIVE LISTINGS AS OF FEBRUARY 26, 2024

Yesterday’s car show and food truck event in Naples Reserve, along with the beautiful warm weather, had the real estate open houses buzzing with energy.  The resale market in Naples Reserve is as plentiful as it has been since inception with 48 active listings as of this morning, February 26, 2024.  The asking prices range from $575,000 on the low end to $2,849,000 on the high.  There are currently 12 villas on the market in Coral Harbor with the most expense at $699,900 with a pool.  There are currently two villas on the market with pools.  The lowest price single family is in Mallard at $759,900 with 1856 square feet, 3 beds, two baths, no pool.  The mid-tier is the most competitive with four homes ranging Currently we have three homes pending, two with contingencies.  The rental market is hopping with seasonal renters wanting to lock down next year’s preferred address.  Our season is in full swing!
